Generally*, Hirsch Therapy sessions are structured as follows:

  • Stage 1: Introduction & Assessment

  • Stage 2: Understanding & Exploration

  • Stage 3: Goal Setting & Action Planning

  • Stage 4: Check-ins & Evaluation

  • Stage 5: Review & Termination

 

*The number of sessions required to achieve each stage may vary according to case complexity and individual needs.

 

However, our approach is flexible, and tailored around your specific needs and to support your personal growth and well-being in the best way possible.
